I have an interest in health, and from time to time I'll do research. Today I came across this article about fish oil and brain health. It was very interesting. I have been taking Omega-3 supplements for a few years now, and this reinforces what I've learned so far.
I don't know much about Dr. Sears' diet (I'm an Atkins guy myself) but this article is sound.
As a side note, some people have trouble with the after taste fish oil produces. You can take Flax Seed Oil instead, as it contains the same nutrients without the fish oil burp aftertaste.
